Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by justwick.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You may return damaged or deficient products within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us directly. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within two-four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items are non-returnable after 15 days from the date of arrival. Returned material must be in original cartons and in a condition to be resold. No claims for damaged products will be considered, unless reported within 24 hours on arrival. When material is shipped by a common carrier, make all claims on the delivering carrier for damages or shortages upon delivery. If FedEx, or USPS shipment is received damaged, report the damage to the delivering company at once and hold original carton and merchandise for deliverer inspection. Or, you may refuse the shipment with your deliverer at the point of delivery. Depending on the deliverer, you may call one of the following: FedEx delivery 1(800) Go FedEx, USPS delivery 1(800) ASK-USPS.
